Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set up the power dialer?
Go to Settings → Phone Numbers to purchase a Twilio number, then open the Dialer from the left sidebar. Enter your cell phone number and select your caller ID number. When you click "Call", Agent Flowz rings your phone first — once you answer, it bridges to your contact.
Can I import my existing contacts?
Yes. Go to Contacts → Import and upload a CSV file. We support up to 50,000 contacts per import. Make sure your CSV includes a header row with fields like First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email, and Status.
How does call recording work?
Call recording is enabled by default for all calls made through the power dialer. Recordings are accessible from the contact's activity timeline. You are responsible for notifying callers that the call may be recorded, as required by your state's laws.
How do I add team members?
Go to Settings → Team and click "Invite Agent." Enter their email address and they'll receive an invitation to join your organization. Team plans support up to 5 agents; Agency plans support unlimited agents.
How do I cancel before my trial ends?
Go to Settings → Billing and click "Cancel Trial." You'll keep full access until your 14-day trial period ends and you will not be charged.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, giving you time to export. After 90 days, it is permanently deleted. You can export your contacts as a CSV at any time from the Contacts page.
Can I use my existing phone number as the caller ID?
You can display your existing number as the outbound caller ID if you verify ownership of the number. Go to Settings → Phone Numbers and follow the Verified Caller ID instructions. Alternatively, purchase a new local number through the platform.
What is the Book of Business?
The Book of Business is where you track all active policies — carrier, premium, effective date, renewal date, beneficiaries, and commissions. It's linked to your contacts so you can see a full policy history for every client.
Does Agent Flowz integrate with other tools?
Agency plan users have access to our REST API and webhooks for custom integrations. Zapier integration is also available on the Agency plan. If you need a specific integration, contact us at support@agentflowz.io.
How do I get an onboarding call?
Team and Agency plan users receive a complimentary onboarding call. After signing up, email onboarding@agentflowz.io with your preferred times and we'll schedule a call to get your team set up.
